GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING

General Assembly Meeting will be held in each year. The required number of General Assembly will be 60 percent.

GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING

a)     Approval of next year programs

b)     Approval of annual financial statement/audit

c)     Approval of annual progress report

d)     Electing the Executive Committee Officials

e)    Ratifying all the bill tabled by Executive Committee

f)      Directing the Executive Committee

g)   Appointing the members of election committee.

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

a)  Implement all the decision taken by General Assembly Meeting

b)  Annually published the financial statement and progress

c)  Maintained the organizational discipline in each and every level and action of organization

d)  Implement all the decisions taken by General Assembly and Executive Committee as soon as possible.

e)  Called and arrange the General Assembly Meeting

f)   Drafting the essential rules and regulations and tabling to the General Assembly Meeting

g)   Sub Committee can be made if necessary

Program Management Committee

a)  Coordinate all project activities.

b) Maintain cooperation and linkages to various stakeholders and donors.

C) Take decision promptly if Executive Committee meeting is not possible very shortly.
